As a busy salon and aesthetics clinic owner, handling enquiries constantly while also trying to focus on clients, content, staff and running multiple businesses can become overwhelming very quickly. Hey Clara has helped streamline communication, improve response times and create a more professional experience for clients contacting the business. One of the biggest benefits for me has been knowing enquiries are still being handled even when I'm with clients, unavailable or outside working hours. In the beauty and aesthetics industry, people expect quick responses and unfortunately if they don't get one, they often move on to the next business.
